One of the original Detroit tees by Emily Gail, the woman behind the infamous "Say Nice Things About Detroit" slogan, stickers and shirts! These Detroit Heart shirts were given out at the fun runs she organized in the mid to late 70s and were also sold at her shop in the Penobscot building. This shirt is a fitted ringer with a scoop neck and cropped fit, meant for a woman. Not sure if the iron on on the back was added on by the previous owner or by Emily but either way it is a fantastic piece of Detroit history!
