Return Policy

Website Shoppers: If you are dissatisfied with an item, we will take it back as long as you email us within 10 days of purchase and the item is shipped back to us within 10 days of your email. Your account will be credited when we receive the returned merchandise. (Please see the “Contact” page for our return address.) However, shipping cost is not refundable.

Please remember that returns increase our cost, so please, if you’re unsure about an item, before purchasing, email us with any questions first.

Storefront Shoppers: We are happy to returns or exchange your item within 14 days of purchase, as long as the tag is still attached and item is in the same condition it was when sold.

Privacy Policy

In addition to our online security measures, Reware Vintage LLC will never sell or rent any of it’s customers’ information. As a member of the internet commerce community it is of vital importance to us that your privacy is never encroached upon.

We do not share personally identifiable information with third parties.

Orders

If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, e-mail, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. We will also send you an e-mail with a copy of your order. This is your receipt.

Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us, we will communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account. We will communicate with you by e-mail or telephone, in accordance with your wishes.

The Way We Use Information
