1.75 inch diameter in referencing the law that created a $5 fine for smoking weed in Ann Arbor, passed by the City Council in 1972 after John Sinclair's 10 year imprisonment sentence for 2 joints in 1971, but nearly scrapped in 1983. This pin with art by Rod Hunt, produced by Aaron McClellan was in support of keeping the law, which was saved. The law remained in effect until 1990, when the fine went up to $25.
