Prince & NPG 92 Tour T-shirt
Incredibly rare puffy print Prince and the New Power Generation shirt that was made as a part of a small batch at the request of Prince's tour manager.
This shirt is from our Screenprinter's Stash Haul - a huge collection of shirts and other merch made by Blackness Unlimited, a Detroit screenprint shop that operated from the 70s-00, owned by Chester Vaughn.
These shirts were made to give to local radio stations for on-air giveaways to promote the Detroit dates of Prince's 1992 World Tour, and of course they made a few extra to keep. The owner of the shop kept the order paperwork from all of Prince's managers over the years as a souvenir, and we have seen to verify provenance.
Obviously a rare find of both Detroit and Prince history, grab a piece of this collection while you can!
