Frequently Asked Questions

OK, so maybe they're not all "frequently asked", but they are questions. Thats good enough, right?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Inside the United States, most orders will take between five and seven days to get to your door. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post or USPS Global Priority Mail.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, with your choice of USPS Global Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Post. (See the next question for more)

Why won't my credit card go through?

Occasionally, credit card transactions are refused on the website. Sometimes our credit card processor chokes on (usually international) addresses. If you have trouble completing your transaction, please email or call me, and we'll complete the order manually.

How are the items sized?

Because sizing between brands and over time fluctuate, I do not list the size labeled on the garment.

Instead, I give you the measurements of the garment. Compare the measurement to garments that you already own to determine how it would fit you.

What if I have questions about an item? Can I get additional photos?

Please contact me with any questions that you may have. (Please include the item name and code number in your question.) Additional photos are usually no problem, but please be specific about what you want to see.

Can I return an item that I've purchased?

If you are dissatisfied with an item, I will take it back as long as you email me within 14 days of purchase and the item is shipped back to me within 14 days of your email. Your account will be credited when I receive the returned merchandise. (Please see the "Contact" page for our return address.) However, shipping cost is not refundable.

Please remember that returns increase our cost, so please, if you're unsure about an item, before purchasing, email us with any questions first.

Can I pay by PayPal/check/money order/concealed cash?

Sorry, but at this time I am only accepting payment through Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Do you sell wholesale?

The only items that I sell wholesale at this time are my Record Notebooks and Record Jewelry. If you are interested in my wholesale rates on either of those items, please email me!

Do you have a brick and mortar store?

Reware Vintage is only selling online, and at occasional events in the Metro Detroit area (upcoming events are listed on the homepage).

Can I buy your Record Notebooks or Record Jewelry at any stores in my area?

Our record notebooks are currently available at the following stores: Flair Boutique in Royal Oak, Michigan, Naka in Ferndale, Michigan, Wholly Craft! in Columbus, Ohio, Renga Arts in Occidental, California, and Female Art Collective in Louisville, Kentucky

Is your merchandise stored in a pet/smoke-free environment?

Smoke free; yes, but one of our employees does happen to be our Chocolate Lab, Kona. However, if the item is washable, we wash it when we purchase it. If the garment is "dry clean only" or otherwise unwashable, we do not have it cleaned in order to keep the cost of the item to a minimum.
