Mix Tape November

Listening to:
I’ve been listening to a little bit of Dolly Parton and a whole lot of Bruce Springsteen lately, with a dash of The Monkees and a smidge of The Raveonettes. Also digging the new Arcade Fire album!

Reading and Watching:
Pretty much nothing at all! All free time has gone into making record notebooks and record earrings for the wonderful stores that carry them and the rad shoppers at Detroit Urban Craft Fair next weekend. Thanks to everyone who supports Reware Vintage, you guys are awesome and have helped me now sell over 2,400 notebooks.

And other stuff I’ve been loving lately:

Seeing Albert Hammond Jr. live for the first time.

Going to the biggest Christmas store in the world with one of our favorite families in the world.

Seeing family and friends despite the busy-ness and because of the busy-ness of this time of year.

Watching this as it happened at the Pistons game, then watching the video go viral online afterwards. That kid is the awesomest.

Being able to say goodbye to Clutch Cargos on the last night it was open with my friends I made 15 years ago when I worked there. One of the most fun jobs I ever had, and I’m so thankful for my years there!

Working on a project and having it turn out just as I’d hoped. Post coming soon about my new bar cart!

Buying Christmas presents.

Looking Forward to:

DETROIT URBAN CRAFT FAIR!!!!!!! Come find me and check out over 100 new notebooks I’ve made just for DUCF and several new colors of Record Earrings debuting there. I am SO excited!

Making Christmas presents. Giving Christmas presents. Christmas.
